- SWSue White2 days ago5.0I can't say anything against my visit, the Young Lady was very pleasant to me on entering the store and after I my eye test, the gentle who did the test was very thorough and spoke to me about everything he was doing. The whole experience was amazing 👏
- LSLaurie StoneSep 23, 20265.0Fantastic service from Josh. I had many questions about different lenses, frames and payment options, all were answered clearly and explained in full. I have already recommended Dorchester Vision Express to a friend who is switching to them from a different optician. Josh is an asset to the store!
- RERoger EmberyAug 21, 20261.0On the 21/06/26 @ 11.55am Call up as moved home from weymouth, to dorchester. My eyesight is decaying and my glasses are broken. The Lady on the phone was very snotty and talked to my wife very poorly, and talked very sharp. We only asked if we could see someone in the dorchester branch. Which she answered no as you are on the weymouth books. We wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone. Ie:- get a test or book one and inform them of a change of address. Im deaf and need hearing aids. I could hear the lady from 5 foot away. She was very unwilling to help. We have now decided to go elsewhere. Not whatyou expect from a large firm. Very poor service.
