- RERoger EmberyAug 21, 20261.0On the 21/06/26 @ 11.55am Call up as moved home from weymouth, to dorchester. My eyesight is decaying and my glasses are broken. The Lady on the phone was very snotty and talked to my wife very poorly, and talked very sharp. We only asked if we could see someone in the dorchester branch. Which she answered no as you are on the weymouth books. We wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone. Ie:- get a test or book one and inform them of a change of address. Im deaf and need hearing aids. I could hear the lady from 5 foot away. She was very unwilling to help. We have now decided to go elsewhere. Not whatyou expect from a large firm. Very poor service.
