  My teenage daughter took ill overnight on Thursday, and by Friday evening told me the pain was too much for her. She went to see the pharmacist at 8:30pm and he said he thought it might be tonsillitis and we bought a spray and was told to return first thing in the morning if no better, then they’d prescribe antibiotics, but it usually clears up itself in a few days with pain relief. By the morning she was worse and we drove back for their opening at 9am. We were second in line and were seen within 10 minutes. It was a different pharmacist and he diagnosed a strep throat infection and prescribed antibiotics. She was in and out within 20 minutes, armed with her antibiotics. You cannot grumble at that service! The tablets are working wonders and I’m very grateful that they were able to help my child so efficiently. Thank you!

  I received fantastic service from Louise and the pharmacist (tall and Irish) What turned into a bit of a disaster trying to get emergency medication for my mum,I turned up at tesco Dorchester and they sorted it! Louise contacted my mums pharmacy explained a few things. But we left with the medication and what could have turned into a bigger disaster 😕 turned out really positive. So thanks 😊

  Can't call to organise a batch collection at the pharmacy. The recorded message doesnt give the facility to talk to anyone at the store.

  Absolutely terrible staff here! I have to take medication daily and cannot miss any and every time I go to collect they say you have to wait 48hrs. A complete lie. They have a emergency supply for medication that needs to be taken daily. I am now very sick as I’ve waited 5 days! Staff are very rude and if you ask for something it’s a massive inconvenience for them. Whenever I go to get my medication they ask when did you order it? If it’s not been 48hrs they won’t even bother looking to see if they have got it! The lady with glasses and short black hair is the rudest person I’ve ever met there! Absolutely useless! When they make up medication they say between 30min-1h it would be ready! And to go shopping. No I stand there and wait! They only say that so they don’t have to do it straight away! I will no longer be using this pharmacy for anything! Sort the staff out Tesco! Don’t even bother going here. They don’t even want to genuinely help you!

  Staff are very helpful and service very good. Both Dean and Rowena are very professional and have always gone out of their way to provide any advice needed.
