I have currently had 4 treatment sessions with Matthew and would highly recommend him. I have had hip pain that has awoken me every night for over 4 years, I have seen other physios and sports massage who just given me some exercises to do or made it feel better for a couple of days. Matthew has given me hands on treatment, an exercise plan and looked holistically at the rest of my body identifying that I have calf and ankle tightness which is also contributing to my pain. I have not woken up in the night with hip pain since seeing Matthew and we are now working on my other issues. He is very professional and made me feel at ease straight away, I feel he has thoroughly listened to me and looked at the bigger picture and route causes of the issues. It has been completely worth the money, I only wish I had seen him sooner!

I had a painful shoulder that was limiting my gym sessions and concerning me. Noel at Sharp Physiotherapists was able over the course of a few sessions to improve the condition and my confidence so that I’m now back to full fitness. And I enjoyed our sessions.

I can’t recommend Ben highly enough. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and proficient and took the time to properly understand the problem. He successfully sorted out a trapped nerve in my back and has also been helping me with another ongoing issue.
His knowledge and approach have been excellent, and I’ve felt completely confident in his care. I’m very grateful for the help he has given me and would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a fantastic physiotherapist.

When I first came to Sharp and saw Mickey I had lost all hope of getting better. I had suffered with sciatica for months and alteady had undergone 18 sessions with a chyropracter at great expense, with no improvement.
Mickey was so confident that after at least 4 sessions of physio with him that I would feel a vast improvement and indeed I have. I am under no illusion that at some point the pain may return, but I am confident that Sharp will be there for me should that happen.
I found Mickey to be knowledgable professional and just very good at his job, and would definitely recommend to anyone with the same issie.

Post knee replacement I initially planned sports physio to improve rehab but then picked up an awful lock/catch and strains around the calf and tendons. Mikey was so thorough in his initial assessment around five/six weeks ago and quickly developed a far more accurate picture of what was happening than I was expecting. Although a lot of the improvements come from the treatment bench the advice beyond it around what I should and shouldn’t do means I’m already back to what I originally planned - effective physio and guidance for my post op knee. It was great to get the very real breakthrough of the knee no longer catching (at the time it would literally lock painfully) but also he’s worked on so many elements of the knee around the nerves that I’m progressing beyond where I was before the injury and it’s now a key part of my long term recovery from major surgery. Just as an aside I’ve found that he and the Sharp team don’t just stick weekly sessions in for the sake of it - they map what fits the recovery plan and give you specific work outside of the physio bench. My next meet is around 3 weeks now. Also they are as clear on what you really shouldn’t be doing and so far it’s been great advice - Mikey is a delight to work with (pun intended) and it’s been such a good investment- no way I would be at this point so quickly without his help. In fact I’m certain I would have regressed. Great team and a great physio. Thanks 🙏
