  Yesterday Wed 1 April at about 2pm, the pharmacist on duty gave us a wrong information about tripton. She said the medicine is available only on prescriprion. This resulted in us going to walk-in centre and wait for 3 hours to get the prescripron. The GP on duty checked and confirmed that this medicine is available over the counter. We then went to Boots to get it over the counter. Inompetent people in Tesco Pharmacies could cause serious damages to people and the NHS system. Tesco should train their pharmacists well.

  I don't like to complain but service has gone downhill in recent months. I appreciate that other pharmacies are closing which is putting pressure on existing pharmacies, but this pharmacy regularly changes its opening hours with no notice, seems to close whenever it feels like it and like today did not open on time. This is really difficult to manage around working hours. There are always huge queues. Often I have waited two weeks for a prescription but when I try to collect it, I spend time waiting to get to the front of the queue, to then be asked to come back in 15 minutes which means queuing up all over again! Very frustrating.
