I was and am in need of someone to check my hearing, as despite having seen my Doctor several times over the last three months, I still had only about 50% of my hearing. As a result, I consulted Google AI who told me that Boots Pharmacy in Wren Park, would be able to grant me an appointment lasting up to 90 minutes, during which my hearing would be fully examined. As I do not have a car, I had to wait some time for a bus which would take me to near my destination to arrive. When I reached Boots, I was asked to sit in an area where there were three chairs (it certainly wasn't my idea of a waiting room) and an audiologist (I assume he was one) came took my name, address, email address and telephone number. He then checked my ears showing me on a screen what he could see using his otoscope. that was it, except that he also emailed me a few details about where I could receive further assistance. Trying the name he had given me, one wasn't answering their phone; another emailed me the morning after I emailed them, and one was too far away for me to reach by bus. What a complete and utter waste of time!!! If I could give them a score of -5 out of 10, I would.
