  Absolutely incredible service from the team. I was recently on holiday and broke my glasses beyond repair. The team here did everything possible to get me back to having a functional pair. They went the extra mile to help at every possible moment and even when challenges came up, took them on absolutely fantastically. I'm just gutted this isn't my local store because I would absolutely be returning in the future!

  Just wanted to call out the excellent service from Louise today. Sunglasses had been purchased from a different Vision Express store where they had scanned the wrong code so were not the glasses I'd chosen. She phoned the originating store to sort it out which took some time, and she phoned me twice to keep me posted on progress. Replacement items are now on order and she's even offered to organise return of the item sent in error once the new glasses arrive. Amazing service and turned what was a dreadful experience with Vision Express into a really positive one. Can't thank her enough.

  Excellent experience. Staff came to greet & assist after a few minutes. Pre test screening was competent. Optician was exceptional - super efficient testing & very knowledgeable. Polite and jolly, so set me at ease. Post test advice re lenses & pricing was good. Assistant showed me frames suitable to size and left me to browse.
