  Excellent experience. Staff came to greet & assist after a few minutes. Pre test screening was competent. Optician was exceptional - super efficient testing & very knowledgeable. Polite and jolly, so set me at ease. Post test advice re lenses & pricing was good. Assistant showed me frames suitable to size and left me to browse.

  TJ was fantastic - just a quick walk in and he strengthened the arms of my glasses and pulled them into shape so they didn’t keep falling off my nose. Thank you!

  A very pleasant experience. My appointment was on time, which is important when you have to pay for parking. Very friendly staff and lovely lady who examined my eyes . No pushy sales pitch, and even put on new nose grips on my existing glasses. Top marks to the Sidmouth shop . I would recommend.
