  Very, very slow. They have a ridiculous system whereby you have to queue, then they tell you to come back in half-an-hour, BUT you can't just pick up your prescription then, you're required to queue up again, so if the queues are long that day you might have to wait 1 hour for your prescription. If you want to reduce waiting time you can opt for immediately waiting for half-an-hour. They do not put prescriptions together when they receive them. You can't ever walk in and just queue to pick them up. A veritable nightmare that is so badly organised they should scrap the system and start all over again. I'm going to change my pharmacy because they are so useless.

  Wow! These guys are overrun yet they still serve with a smile. Quite often what I need will be out of stock so I have to come back which is a shame and the reason they are a 4 out of 5. They are amazing at their job with the amount of people and throughput that they go through. Well done guys and girls xx

  Awful set up. You can spend an hour in the queue to advise you need to pick up a prescription, to have to re-join the back of the queue again as it's never ready. Why can you not create a computerised log in system where people sign in in the store, an advised timescale is provided and people can come back and queue to pick up when it's their timeslot/prescription is ready. The staff however are generally lovely and helpful but the system is terrible.
