Whether it’s my daughters first foray into contact lenses at 12, or sending emergency glasses to us while on holiday out of the country and numerous other examples of being kind, thoughtful and really excellent and knowledgable at what they do. Thank you for all you do!

They even called the carer and local branch of the patient to get the information they needed. Much better than Specsavers, who effectively wouldn’t even touch us.

One of the women, a pregnant one shouted across the lobby to her colleague about going on lunch. No need to shout in my book. Just go and ask. At first They couldn’t find me on there records even though I had been with vision express before. I was not impressed with this. The optician was rude and miserable I he didn’t even give me his name. I walked into the examination room he told me to put my bag into the chair l, not asked TOLD. I have a learning disability so I struggle with communication and anxiety. His attitude made my anxiety explode. He could have asked for more questions to find my record but he did not. So I left. I later phoned Exeter vision express where I had been to before. Even though the optician stated I had not been there before. And all it was, was a post code issue they found me within a flash. And she was very polite and helpful. I will not step foot in the Newton abbot vision express again.
