  Terrible service. I feel like you're a burden to the staff just asking for your prescription. There's always a queue. Tesco needs to sort the pharmacy out.

  It’s not operating between 2.30 -3 pm . No information about this break available when you want to collect .

  Had to collect a prescription for a 87 year relative from the Barnstaple Tesco last week. The GP had sent the prescription (one item) 2 days before I went in to collect. I was amazed to be told that I had to wait as it was not ready. The lady serving me was bordering on aggressive when I simply asked why even shouting to other members of staff "This gentleman doesn't wont to wait" then saying I could go elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional as I was only very calmly providing customer feedback. Its really no wonder people use online Services as that experience was disgraceful and I would recommend some form of customer facing training.

  On a website it shows pharmacy is open till 10, it’s 8:50 pm now and there is no one there.

  they do not answer the phone to answer enquiries (if you answered enquiries on the phone you may save the que of 30 people and save people driving unnecessarily to the pharmacy for no reason) they say they are short staffed but have more staff then most pharmacies. “Prior planing prevents p*** poor performance”
