I had a flu jab here today. The office was untidy with work spaces covered in paperwork, food and drink. Floor covered in debris. The pharmacist didn't wash his hands or use any anti bac gel before administing the injection, nor did he use an antibacterial wipe on my arm. The sharps bin was overfilled and piled up with used needles. Very low standards, will not be returning.

No one ever answers the phone and when you go in store it’s a huge wait just to see if they have it

Amin problem with meds, I was made to feel irritating and demanding. Just wanted better communication and pleasant reassurance. Left the store feeling like a bad person, plus anxious about not getting my meds.

Used to be fantastic, informative and helpful. In the last couple weeks with change of staff (as it appears) the standards have dropped through the floor. Incorrect information, surly attitudes. Back to boots I suspect.
