  From booking the eye tests it was thorough and everyone was very efficient and pleasant. I have already passed this information on to friends who are going to try them out. First Class Service in every way. Thank you.

  I would like to thank the lady who helped me today around 12.30ish when I popped into the store. My sunglasses had become loose on holiday and the lady was very welcoming, kind and helpful. The lady tightened my glasses and I left very happy. Customer service in the store was brilliant. Very opposite to the green store across the road who were very dismissive and unwelcoming ! So thank you Vision Express and the lady whose name I didn’t take!

  Not impressed at all first time I went here they gave me the wrong prescription . Second time I was sent to the hospital for a checkup and they sent me for the wrong tests . Totally incompetent in my opinion .
