- MBMike BeeAug 7, 20261.0So went in for eye test, usually have frames with transitions around £100 but after eye test realised very Ltd number of frames and chose a pair and even after voucher it was £150 no free pair nothing, left a review online had call back from someone who asked if they offered me frames that was lower priced from a bottom drawer! I said no and thinking about it to hide other frames is scandalous, compared to spec savers it’s transparent that there hiding a range of frames so customers pay more for frames, really not happy at all but after I already had eye test there was no point just walking away so paid the money. Still don’t think it’s value for money and think I was charged for my thin lenses after being told they was free and don’t understand why by it’s so much more. Just won’t use vision express again and I been with them for years
