Had a wonderful experience choosing two pairs of glasses. First time I’d been in to Swadlincote store and I was met by Duncan. He helped me choose two trendy pairs of glasses. Today I went back to collect them. Duncan was there to help fit them for me and they are perfect. I’m so pleased with my purchase and super pleased Duncan helped, he’s definitely got a good eye and taste. He listened to what I wanted and steered me in the right direction. I will definitely go back and Duncan you are a great asset at the Swadlincote branch. Thank you!

First class service with clear explanations given by very knowledgeable staff. Sasha who helped me decide on type of lenses and a second pair of sunglasses was amazing and such a professional in her role. I would definitely recommend people to use them.

I submitted a complaint about the fraudulent pushing of services and the lie that, according to British law, it is impossible to buy lenses without buying glasses from you, right on the day of the incident last Saturday. I also wrote that I refuse any further purchases if they are somehow trying to process this. I received an automated reply saying someone would contact me within 48 hours. A week has passed. Not only has no one contacted me, but I also received a text message saying that my order, which I did not place and which I refused on the very day it was forced on me, is ready for me to collect. Do you even consider working normally with people? Or do you just push services for the sake of it and not even look at further complaints? I understand that with this kind of work, you probably have a lot of complaints, so I am specifying its number right away—reference #3092305. And I emphasize that I expect exclusively a written official reply to the email from which this complaint was sent. P.s. I would like to give an update and, taking this opportunity, say hello to customer support agent Cameron, who works just as professionally as the staff at the store I visited in person. Today, it has already been more than two weeks since my support request when I asked if there was any information regarding my case. All he replied was that the store told him they had called and couldn't get through. I said: "What was the point of calling me if in my very first request two weeks ago I said that I wanted to be contacted by email and not to call me? What was the problem?" And he kind of confirmed in our correspondence that they had accepted this information and would contact me by email. At that, he got offended and stopped communicating with me. So, well, what can I say? There is nowhere to leave a complaint about customer support, the circle is closed
