  I took a hospital prescription in. They supplied two items and put the rest on an owing, without explaining that I would then be unable to take the prescription elsewhere if they couldn't obtain it. Three days later they told me their supplier was out of stock, leaving me without my medication and telling me to go back to my GP. I'd spoken to them on all consecutive days which led up to this. I understand shortages happen, but NHS guidance says patients should be advised about alternative options when a pharmacy cannot supply a medicine. This should have been explained before the prescription was partially dispensed. When it comes to someone's medication, this level of communication is simply not good enough. It'll be at least another day for me to sort this and for another pharmacy to order it in.

  Chong the pharmacist was very helpful. Couldnt order one of my tablets that i needed. Him and the staff sorted it straight away as the doctors wasnt helpful. The staff on the counter was also very helpful and polite. Didnt have to wait long either.
