Awful experience today with the woman serving. Suffering from a bitter cold/flu at the minute with all the usual symptoms congestion, stuffy nose, cough, sore throat and even a little chesty. The woman on the desk proceeded to question me multiple times as if I was purchasing medicine for illicit reasoning. I can’t help but feel judged and demeaned!! Hopefully this is taken as constructive feedback and maybe a refresher course placed for staff members around customer service

Terrible service! No customer service. You get ignored for ages at front desk, very unfriendly staff, never have your medication in stock and you have to chase up on phone as no one ever rings or text to keep you informed.

Ignored at front desk for ages, then they've never got the medication you need for one reason or another. The phone rings for ever and is seldom answered when you call back to check if your medication is ready yet, so many wasted journeys and inconvenience. Rubbish! Needs sorting out. Been like this longer than I care to remember. 😡

Since regular pharmacists left clowne branch the ones now are so cold not approachable at all, Also I was under the impression that they also did blood pressure check if required, yet I went in on April 7th and was told they were to busy So went back on the 8th to be told they didn't do blood pressure checks!!!
