  My repeat prescriptions are automatically sent to this pharmacy for convenience. I attended recently to collect a repeat medication, which I had run out of a few days prior. My GP had very kindly processed it urgently that day. I was greeted by a very rude woman who curtly told me that my GP had not “put it through as urgent”, so it wouldn’t be dispensed that day as they had yesterday’s to dispense first. I’ve never encountered this before. I asked for my prescription paperwork and took it straight to another local pharmacy who were friendly, polite and dispensed my much needed medication within a matter of minutes!

  Terrible service! No customer service. You get ignored for ages at front desk, very unfriendly staff, never have your medication in stock and you have to chase up on phone as no one ever rings or text to keep you informed.

  Ignored at front desk for ages, then they've never got the medication you need for one reason or another. The phone rings for ever and is seldom answered when you call back to check if your medication is ready yet, so many wasted journeys and inconvenience. Rubbish! Needs sorting out. Been like this longer than I care to remember. 😡

  Since regular pharmacists left clowne branch the ones now are so cold not approachable at all, Also I was under the impression that they also did blood pressure check if required, yet I went in on April 7th and was told they were to busy So went back on the 8th to be told they didn't do blood pressure checks!!!
