  Wonderful experience at Vision express. My partner wanted some of the new meta glasses. The customer service we receive from Nicol was second to none, she was really knowledgeable, helpful and spent time explaining everything through. Her customer service skills were exceptional. Thank you for all your help

  Very good very thorough and very informative I would definitely recommend. I feel like I can trust what they say no upsell pressure. Especially the lady optometrist I saw on my last visit. I felt very confident that she really knew her job and was grateful for her help and advice. I can’t remember her name but I hope I see her next time I need to visit.

  Popped in on Saturday to Buxton store as I'd lost me specs. Very helpful and quick service, explaining what could and couldn't be done under existing payment plan. Was able to get an eyetest and order replacements the same day, and already have been notified one pair is on the way! Been going here for years. Always helpful! 😄
