He was extremely friendly, approachable and polite from the moment we met him, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. What really stood out was how welcoming and unpressured he made the whole experience feel. He took the time to show us around the facilities, explain the membership options, answer all our questions and accommodate our timeline and needs without ever making us feel pressured. Andrew made the gym feel like a second home before we’d even joined! He is honestly the best and an incredible face of the club. A huge credit to the team — thank you, Andrew!
- SSsuma suAug 21, 20263.0Everything is great but they really need to sort the mildew in the accessible shower. Facility for family changing is very poor. If parent and child aren’t of same sex - it’s nearly impossible to comfortably dress and dry. They really need a mixed vanity area for this purpose so children can dry and dress without having to deal with adults that are too lazy to drape towels. This mainly affects fathers with young girls.

I’ve never visited these facilities before so I was not sure about the activities provided by this club however a lovely lady on the front desk called Kate was very patient with me and helped guide me and suggest activities available to me on the guest pass. I was very impressed by her professionalism and how nicely she treated me. I would definitely recommend coming to this club for a visit.
