  Have made appointments with Cardiff branch for the last 18 months . So far I have had all five appoinments cancelled. Yet they ring you a few days before to confirm the appointment and then ring you on the day to cancel. Certainly not worth trying to make another appointment.

  They cancelled my appointment less than an hour before it was meant to take place. Awful customer service! Said they’d book me in the month after and I never heard from them again. If you’re Cardiff-based then Hearing Wales in Rhiwbina are much better and provide a much better experience.

  Very poor customer service!!!. When you ring there is never a person there to physically speak to. A voicemail tells you to leave a message and someone will call you back. I have left numerous messages with no response. I have ended up needing to travel by train to the store to make an appointment or take follow up action on a repair. This is costing me money when it could have been resolved by a simple telephone conversation. I have been with this company for over 40 years and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Shame on you Cardiff store.
