  Checks were absolutely fine. What was very disappointing was the lack of the free frames for people on low incomes. Will look elsewhere unfortunately. Staff were great.

  This was my first time to Vision Express. I wanted designer glasses, I was left to try on various styles which I appreciated. I had my prescription with me as I had had my eye test a few weeks prior. I have a high prescription so needed flatter thin lenses which I discussed with the girl. I was not shown the lenses I was potentially having which were expensive, I know they can be expensive but an explanation and price would have been more helpful. I’m not sure how I feel about the lenses to me they look quite bulbous! Nor was I told what extras they come with ? I collected my glasses last week. I was simply handed them to try on no checks other than can you see? I am unable to wear them as they hurt my ears, is this not checked when you collect them? I will now need to go back into town to get this rectified! This was meant to be a special one off purchase as a special treat! Sorry to be negative but it’s how I feel.

  After two years, I’ve just had another pair of glasses made, and I always choose to return to the West Orchards Shopping Centre branch because of the consistently excellent customer service. Nicole, in particular, provides a warm, welcoming experience every time and is always attentive and helpful, which makes the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
