    Absolutely appalling experience at this Specsavers. The entire place felt soo unhygienic and completely unacceptable for what is supposed to be a clinical environment. There appeared to be mouldy spores around the air vents, and the air conditioning gave off a horrible mildew smell throughout the store strongly of rotten eggs, On top of that, the floors were visibly dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It honestly made me question the overall cleanliness standards and whether basic hygiene is being taken seriously at all. For somewhere dealing with eye care and close patient contact, these conditions are shocking. I left feeling uncomfortable and would not recommend this branch to anyone until serious cleaning and maintenance improvements are made.

    My overall experience was very positive from start to finish. Booking the appointment was simple, and the staff were welcoming and professional when I arrived. The store was clean, organised, and the waiting time was reasonable. They carefully checked my vision, answered my questions, and explained the changes in my eyesight in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated how thorough and professional the eye examination was, as it gave me confidence that my eye health was being properly checked.

    It's was an exciting and satisfactory experience for me because it was my first time getting reading glasses. Also the service was exceptional and world class in terms delivery. The staffs made the service quite easy for me. Maddy and Pawel were excellent in their service delivery.

    I gave this score because the overall experience at Specsavers Coventry was very positive. I took my daughter Amirah-Mia for her eye appointment and although we were initially disappointed to find out she needed eye drops and had to return another day to complete the examination, the staff handled the situation really well. The lady carrying out the appointment was very patient, accommodating and reassuring with Amirah-Mia , which made the whole experience much easier. When we returned for the eye drops procedure, the staff were again welcoming, professional and caring. Everyone we dealt with made us feel comfortable and looked after, and the communication throughout was clear. Despite needing a second visit, the excellent customer service and kindness from the team made the experience a good one overall.

    Very disappointing experience. The girl at the front was focused on her phone and didn’t attend to me promptly. When I asked for help choosing glasses, I was simply told to “have a look around” with no assistance or customer service. It felt like she was rushing to get back to her phone rather than helping customers. Staff need proper training as they are clueless on what they are offering and over charging customers!!.
