  Tennis nets are broken or full of holes, the outdoor court fencing is broken meaning balls roll into the car park, and the outdoor court floodlights don’t work

  Recently signed up with the family and was shown around by markus who was very professional and personable made the whole experience very enjoyable and comfortable especially with having 2 young children with us this isnt always easy but nothing was too much trouble and left no stone un turned. The whole process was easy and enjoyable thank you markus fpr showing us round and finding the right fit for us

  We had a really great experience viewing David Lloyd, and a big thank you to Markuss for such a brilliant tour! He was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and what we really appreciated was how much he tailored the tour around us and what we were actually looking for. It didn’t feel like we were just being shown around the club with a usual sales pitch — he took the time to listen to our requirements as a family and showed us the things that were genuinely relevant to us. We were also really impressed with the range of facilities and classes available.There is such a good variety, from the gym and fitness facilities to the different classes, swimming and family facilities, so there really seems to be something for everyone. We particularly loved seeing how much there is available for the children too, which is really important to us as a family. Markuss was really knowledgeable, answered all of our many questions and was so easy to chat to.We never felt pressured, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. We came away feeling really positive about David Lloyd and genuinely excited about joining. Markuss definitely gave us a fantastic first impression of the club! Thank you again, Markuss — we really appreciate you taking the time to make our visit so enjoyable! 😊⭐️

  I’m new to David Lloyd and my experience, especially with reception, has been very disappointing. Before joining, I clearly explained that sometimes I am busy and my wife would need to bring our children to Kids Club. I was told she could bring them and wait while they attended. Now almost every time she comes, she is stopped and questioned at reception, and different staff give us different information. We feel singled out and uncomfortable. The repeated questioning and the way we have been treated has also made me concerned that our race or background may be affecting how we are being treated. For a premium club, I expected much better communication, consistency and respect.

  MELTING IN THE GYM: The temperature across the gym floor particularly upstairs has become uncomfortably high. While downstairs has some cooling, the upstairs area currently lacks adequate airflow/AC, which makes intense workouts difficult and creates a real health and safety risk. Other DL clubs manage climate control consistently, and Coventry urgently needs this addressed. Please look into the air conditioning settings as a priority
