  Pharmacies often get bad press but I have always found the staff here to be helpful and only once have I had to wait longer than a few minutes. Today, Nicky helped me get a an exemption certificate that will save me at least £100 a year. Thanks Nicky!

  My family and I have been using the Tesco pharmacy at Truro, Cornwall for over 25 years given the convenience of being located in our local supermarket, the availability of parking, the long opening hours and the excellent level of service provided by the staff. Demand has increased in recent years from an increasing customer base who clearly appreciate the convenience of the service offered, placing staff under increased pressure, but despite this the staff have always remained polite and courteous providing a first class knowledgeable service, and having to queue at times as a customer and show some patience is a small price to pay for the excellent service offered at the pharmacy counter. In particular, I was most impressed by the efficient and courteous approach adopted by James this evening when he went the extra mile in successfully securing an urgent prescription issued in Bristol for collection in Truro. We should all be thankful that we have such excellent facilities and staff available to us in Truro.

  Tesco Pharmacy have been processing our prescriptions for the last three years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you!
