- KPK PardoeSep 24, 20251.0My father called earlier to get replacement hearing aids. But they have no appointments before he leaves and when he said "so you can't help me then?" her reply was a blunt "No." Needless to say, our money for hearing aids are now going elsewhere, to another company who HAVE both customer service training, and the ability to use it. This is not the first time we've had issues with Boots Hearingcare. The hearing aids have never been any good, plus their policy stops you receiving spares - so you have to wait for appointments they don't have in order to get replaced tubes etc.
