  Tried to call multiple times over an hour to check stock before travelling. No answer. No stock of a common urgent medication. Told they routinely ignore the phones when there are customers in store. No queue when I arrived but still not picking up the phone. Much better served by Boots at Hayle who filled the script without issue.

  I collected a prescription on saturaday for my uncle the staff were brilliant so helpful , friendly and could not help enough , even showed me how to use it , Seth (P), Jake, Hayley, Chelsea, excellent customer service....

  The single worst pharmacy ever. Nothing is ever ready. Prescription sent on the 6th….only ready today the 11th.!! They blame staffing levels however, each time I’ve been there are several staff stood around. Nothing is ever rushed even when there is a huge queue.! Was told today they didn’t have a certain medication AND they couldn’t order it.!! Useless.!

  So last week my partner went in to pick up our newborn’s prescription but needed the nhs number so left. I went back to get it and wasn’t asked for nhs number then was told to wait 15-20 minutes. I was then waiting for over an hour… with a newborn! The people behind the counter were apologetic and I could see them going in to ask the pharmacist to do them and he wasn’t coming out, then they ended up having to take them into him to get him to sign them. I’ve then gone in today to pick up my prescription after waiting in the queue for 30minutes (with only 5 people in front) I was told it would be another 30 minutes so I set a stopwatch. I was then sat for 49 minutes before going up to ask how much longer. I was then told to get to the back of the queue and that I needed to wait again?! (I’m assuming she’s just making up her own rules) I’ve never been told to queue back up to collect it and if I had of been I would’ve just joined back on to the end of the queue straight away as they take so bloody long! I never got an apology and I was not in anyway rude unlike the person who served me I left went home with my hungry screaming baby and cried. There’s no excuse for it, don’t give a time frame if it’s not going to be done in that time, it’s utterly appalling. I even said to the woman that I understand it’s not in her control but she was still incredibly rude to me. Everyone else there was also fed up of waiting and had also been told times which it wasn’t ready in. A big majority of the people going in to get prescriptions are ill and to be made to wait for over an hour and a half just to really isn’t fair. I’ve already phoned my doctors to get my selected pharmacy changed as no other one I’ve been to is as disorganised as they are.
