Although the scaffolding outside made them a bit hard to find, they proved to be knowledgeable, thoughtful, and customer focussed. (I always dread going to a new place because I am self-conscious about one of my eyes, and I had a humiliating experience overseas; but Luke, Emily and Roxanne made the eye exam, analysis of results and recommendations professionally and compassionately).
