- HWHelen WatsonSep 12, 20265.0I had the pleasure of going into Vision Express in Launceston. They quickly put me at ease (I’m disabled) and also were very kind and considerate. Luke the optician was also very kind and considerate. I felt listened too and was totally in control of what I wanted. Different options were also offered to me. I will definitely be returning here in 2 years
- EDEveline DeaseySep 8, 20265.0My best ever eye test consultation
- NNNewtoKernowAug 24, 20265.0Very good opticians recommended to me by a friend in Delabole. Although the scaffolding outside made them a bit hard to find, they proved to be knowledgeable, thoughtful, and customer focussed. (I always dread going to a new place because I am self-conscious about one of my eyes, and I had a humiliating experience overseas; but Luke, Emily and Roxanne made the eye exam, analysis of results and recommendations professionally and compassionately). Thank you one and all.
