  Only went here as they were offering discount for Blue Light cardholders (I usually use Specsavers). They needed to carry out 3 eye pressure tests as the readings weren't recording properly. After that my eyes were streaming and my vision was affected. I subsequently struggled with the following eye test and was told that my sight was poor + needed glasses for driving as well as reading. I paid for both reading and driving glasses but found both of them too strong - sadly I had missed the date to return them. Following a much more accurate test at Specsavers I was told that I didn't need driving glasses or such strong reading glasses. I will not be visiting Vision Express again ☹️

  Vision Express are very professional, eye test are very thorough & explain every step & outcome of the test. I had help & Advice Choosing frames & verifocal lenses. I wasn't rushed with time. Would not go no where else for care for my eyes.

  Amazing service throughout my appointment, Hannah explained every detail of my test and the two lovely ladies I had helping with my new glasses were awesome 🙌 thank you ladies for making the whole process easy

  Sold £350 worth glases. Had to drive in 6 times for faults and spent 2 years struggling to see as right eye was falsley diagnosed. Treated like a complainer when varifocals were misaligned ,i had to turn my head at angle to focus! Inexperienced staff,avoid!

  All the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and took their time to explain things to me . Very friendly and I can highly recommend vision express in Helston.
