  I felt welcomed, was never rushed, they would repeat for me if I didn’t catch the whole sentence, they were very understanding of my health issues

  The whole experience during my recent eye test was very pleasant. On arrival I was greeted warmly and invited into a side room to undergo various eye scans and imaging prior to my actual eye test. I was then introduced to the optician who talked me through the numerous images on her screen highlighting the good bits and the not so good. The actual test was thorough and corrective measures were taken to ensure my new glasses would give me much improved vision. Overall it was a very professional, enjoyable experience.
