  Very poor - I requested an appointment for a Covid booster, I've not had confirmation of the appointment from them. I phoned, the person I needed to speak to was not available but I was told they would phone back. Since then no response, calls to their phone number go unanswered.

  EDIT: I previously gave 4 stars and have downgraded to 1 star. After stood in a queue for approximately 20 minutes, owing to staff chatting with a customer/friend on the front desk for 20 minutes I left. On the second occasion I again had to queue for a very long time and observed the pharmacist stood sipping his coffee playing on his phone whilst the two dispensers were tackling the front counter. Pharmacy is a team effort, regardless of a pharmacist position - help your colleagues out. I moved from Hall’s (another local pharmacy) to Tesco and what a difference. I am previously of a pharmacy back ground so am aware of the complexity of dispensing, stock and manufacturer supply issues. The staff are always kind, helpful and polite. A lot of the previous reviews seem to have give negative feedback owing to not being able to get the item prescribed; this is normally of no fault of the chemist but of the supplier/manufacturer. There is ample parking and it is extremely helpful that the chemist is open until 8pm. My only criticism is that they NEVER answer the phone.

  I have never been to Tesco pharmacy and my prescription or partner's prescription been ready to collect, they are absolutely dreadful doesn't matter how long they have had the prescription
