- LDLouise DownApr 16, 20261.0Turned up to my appointment to find no clear signage and it was difficult to find the clinic. Waited paitently in the officially allocated chairs at the far end of an aisle in the boots superstore for a grumpy man to come out and shout out another person's name. There was no one else in the waiting area. It turned out I had made an error when booking my appointment and ask if there was any way I could be seen this afternoon as I had travelled far for my appointment. His answer was rude and abrupt and it was obvious the person who's name had been called out was not there ( as the seating area was empty) so I just left. I looked on line and I was able to book an appointment with Specsavers hearing clinic in St Ives instead.
