- NMNatasha MorganJul 27, 20265.0I rang for an emergency appointment on a Saturday through NHS (I’m usually with Specsavers, but they had no appointments), I was made an appointment quickly. When I arrived every member of staff were very friendly, and made me feel as ease. I had a pressure test, photographs of my eyes taken before seeing the ophthalmologist. He went on to do an eye test, and put dye into my eyes to do extra test and scans. He was extremely thorough, and so very nice. I was almost tempted to swap to Vision Express, but although they have superior designer glasses they are somewhat expensive. Overall fantastic care was taken, and would highly recommend.

Then I was handed over to the optician. A very nice chap, who explained as he went (so no surprises), I have a few issues with my eyes (which he was aware of) and he was very sympathetic to those issues. After the eye test a simple process of choosing the frames (back to Amber) a very efficient experience. Now just wait for the completed spectacles and I will add that later! Definitely recommend.
