I have really bad anxiety, depression and ptsd.Always have had no problem here , however this time I went to get my glasses fitted , after she finished they didn’t close properly and she told me that was normal. After having to apply pressure to the glasses to be able to close the case they were bent worse . Waited 3 times combined time of 3hours30minutes to get them sorted even after making an appointment for 1 of the times. Lady with long hair and a lot of rings made me feel threatened by cornering me in the shop saying apparently she had fitted my glasses wrong and caused a scene . I had to ask her not to be rude about me and to approach me no further . Went to Workington store and got my glasses re fitted in 5 minutes properly ,although the First Lady has bent them so they’ll never close properly . Will never return there
