  Very rude woman serving. My heavily pregnant wife was looking for some advice on extremely itchy skin. She waited and waited for the lady on the counter to do whatever she was doing to inform my wife that they are shut until 2 in a very rude, ignorant manner. Very unpleasant.

  Very slow service. There was only one staff member dealing with customers, and despite there being just five people in the queue, I had to wait around 30 minutes. This is not acceptable and needs improvement.

  The worst customer service i have ever witnessed not just with myself but other customers as well. The guy was obviously the pharmacist couldn't care less and his attitude stank. He disappeared off into the consultation room with a customer she was in there literally 3 mins he came out 15 minutes later laughing and joking on his phone totally ignored the line of customers and went in the back. I had to ask one of the 5 ladies who was walking passed if anybody was serving to be told we are busy. I've also been twice in normal hours to be told we are not dispensing after 3pm. What kind of service is that if they actually served the customers and got rid of the prescriptions they would be able to find your prescription quicker.

  Bad. Needed urgent intensive steroid for child's severe asthma, the pharmacist looked like he was at the end of a three day bender. Walked off as soon as we got there. Was told to wait for him to return. He didn't. They didn't have medication in stock so was told he needed to sign. After waiting 20 minutes I got the dispensing lady to call him to bring him back. Again he looked either drunk or stoned.. didn't give me any information, just handed me something I didn't even need and didn't sign the form. Really wish I got his name. Asian dude, mid height, stocky with curly hair. Will never go to that pharmacy again.
