Yes the staff is absolutely lovely and very supportive even when I was having a hard time with the health check and during the lens test of putting them in and taking them out. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering it as they're receive a lot of support and encouragement if they are unsure or nervous like I was.

Friendly helpful staff who explained the eyecare and glasses I chose with detail and transparent costs. I picked up my new specs with extra vision checks and fast professional fitting. It was lovely to have the support of the staff to advise and offer their opinions of the styles I was choosing.

The staff were really helpful. Explained everything really well. With it being the first time buying glasses the staff were really great in giving advice.

Came in for an eye test, the initial staff that checked my eyes couldn't of cared less whilst doing her checks, the trainee optician was lovely and very thorough, she said that my prescription was very minimal to a point that I didn't even need glasses. That was fair enough as I only wanted glasses for driving at night. I'd explained this to the 1st woman, the optician and then to the gentleman helping me choose my frames. I was told that I could have the coating on 1 pair if I didn't choose the 2nd pair free option, I took this offer as the night coating was £50. I was with the assistant choosing frames and in the chair around 5 mins and was given no information except when to pick them up. I assumed that I'd got what I'd asked for. On picking my glasses up 2 weeks later I opened them up and they didn't have a tint on the glass. I phoned them and the girl who took my call was quite unhelpful and told me to come to store. The next day I took them in and met a lovely lady who I explained the situation to. On bringing up my details she agreed that I infact didn't even need glasses, wasn't sure why I'd been given glasses to begin with. They did have a uv tint on them but my issue is night time not day time. She couldn't offer me to get them tinted only to buy a brand new pair and keep the useless ones. At this stage she agreed that the pair I'd paid £70 were no different than fashion glasses. In the end after much discussion she offered me a refund for the set I was mis sold. She couldn't understand why the orginal seller has even sold me them. Then my husband who bought 2 pairs of designer glasses has recieved his and distance is blurry and his old ones are better. I Will not be returning myself but back he goes tomorrow to sort his pairs out.
