Perfect Service ever time. I actually switched to vision express about five years ago From specksavers And haven’t regretted it at all. Thank you for a relaxed more personal experience.

Went for some new Glasses and an eye test - easy process - booked online at a time to suit me. Really good experience the ophthalmologist Faiza provided great advice - asked relevant questions and was very professional. For the selection of Glasses I was dealt with by Adam - again easy process. I selected two pairs of Oakley Frames with a mix of near lenses and a mixture of near and distance plus transition I also used my Bluelight discount that provided great value for money. So if you require new Glasses I would recommend booking an appointment. 10 days from order for the Glasses - a very easy service Thanks Mark

Visited Vision Express Halifax for the first time, did an eye test and tried out the Meta glasses which were bought on the day, the staff that I dealt with were very knowledgeable and friendly when showing me all the features and answers to my questions. Cannot recommend them enough.

My son, Tommy, came for an eye test on Sunday 20th September, the lady who did the test was brilliant with both children. Can’t complain about her in the slightest, just a brilliant person and great with kids. However, the lady who was supposed to help with choosing glasses couldn’t have cared less, I let this go, children aren’t for everyone I guess! We then came in tonight 22nd September to collect the glasses, same lady to help him try them on, just extremely rude, never felt so unwanted and rushed out the door. I was trying to ask about buying a second pair for him as a back up - you obviously don’t want sales that’s for sure! I asked how much they were, she said just have a look and walked off! Didn’t ask me anything how I felt about them or if they were comfortable enough. I had more questions seen as my son’s eyes were sore still from the drops on Sunday. I guess we will have to find out somewhere else, because she certainly had done with us! There was a kind gentleman who worked there who did his best to help (he had some gloves on). I don’t know why she took a dislike to us, but she’s definitely in the wrong job if that is her standard of customer service! Really disappointed with how we were treated tonight the more I think about it.
