  The service was excellent. I had ran out of ventolin whilst visiting family in Wilmslow. I live in the South of England and was not local.The man at the front counter was very helpful and assisted me on the NHS app with my prescription. I did not have to wait too long. The pharmacist was kind and very pleasant,he handed me my ventolin with a big smile. I cannot thank them enough. It's a refreshing change to receive such a good service. Thank you

  Booked in for flu jab but was refused due to a mild cold. Appointment rescheduled and despite being booked in, still not been seen 20 mins late. Pharmacist aware of 4 people in queue and will still not come out to attend to anyone.

  Fantastic customer service provide by Marie McLoughlin today - a big thank you. I visited 4 pharmacies this morning to fulfil a prescription but none had the complete prescription. Unfortunately, Tesco could not fulfil the complete order either but Marie understood how much I needed the drugs today. She took time out of her schedule and phoned around numerous pharmacies until she found one that had the missing drug in stock. This was a very kind act. I really appreciate your assistance and going the extra mile for me.
