Very slow and regularly don't have some of your medication. Takes three days before your prescription is ready.

Rude and impolite staff, needed controlled drug issuing and the pharmacist was very unhelpful & asked "how was he supposed to know it was urgent?" Won't ever use again. Well pharmacy sorted it within half hour & were brilliant.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. The pharmacist and her colleague were very incompetent. I was referred by 111 regarding my 20-month-old daughter and had a phone conversation with the pharmacist beforehand. She assured me I could come in and purchase the medication. However, when I arrived, she had no idea what she was looking for, and her colleague said they were out of stock. I was asked to step aside and wait while her colleague supposedly checked the shelves. I waited for 20 minutes while they continued serving other customers, only to be told in the end to go to another pharmacy.
