  Absolutely awful. Received such rude and unhelpful service, especially by the male pharmacist who barely even looked up from What he was doing to tell me he wouldn’t give the cream I was told to get for my son’s eye by an optometrist yesterday without seeing him(which would mean even more time off work). Just so rude.

  I visited this pharmacy on a Sunday as my regular pharmacist was closed. I had been suffering with an irritated eye on the Saturday, but nothing was helping & it was turning red. Ive had conjunctivitis before & as I had some unopened chloramphenicol ointment in the fridge , I started using it Saturday night & Sunday morning but found it greasy, so I wanted the liquid drops instead. When I asked this pharmacist she looked at my eye and said, “your eye is not pink, you do not have conjunctivitis” .. I said that the ointment had relieved it a little , but the questions continued and I felt patronised, and made to doubt my self diagnosis. She said I should go to Specsavers to be triaged & see a professional as it must be something else So I did; but the earliest I could be seen was late afternoon so feeling very frustrated, I decided to stick with my own diagnosis, persevere with the ointment & visit my optician on Monday. He confirmed conjunctivitis!!! When you get to 60+ having had several kids, you get to know a thing or 2 about common illness. This pharmacist had made up her mind before she even got the story & then ignored the evidence anyway. Unhelpful & Overcautious
