  Seeked advise in store yesterday on spots I recently noticed and was told by Pharmacist Geoff its Stress related. Turns out it is Chicken pox confirmed by my Dr yesterday evening. Wow talk about thumb sucking dangerous information 😳

  Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I came in looking for help and advice, but the staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. They seemed annoyed by any questions I asked and made me feel like a burden rather than a customer. There was no empathy, no willingness to listen, and absolutely no effort to provide proper guidance. It felt like they just wanted me out of the store as quickly as possible. I left feeling frustrated and upset. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other pharmacies with kinder, more professional staff who actually care about their customers.

  The way the staff talk to you is disgusting! If you haven’t received the almighty text message then just forget it.. it is literally “computer says no” Then to be told it may be up to 2 days before you get your medication as there are 6000 customers.. despite the fact I was the only one at the till (I get what they’re saying but they’re not service all 6000 at the same time) Then when asked for the complaints process, the lady screwed her face up and said “wot you on about” Honestly a bunch of jobsworths.. you work in a pharmacy, you’re not Doctors!
