  Attended here a few times, problem is with this place you put in the prescription, wait as usual & then get told the prescription hasn't been sent, really annoying & time consuming especially with a poorly child to look after!

  For the second time in recent weeks this pharmacy has dispensed the wrong insulin to me. Could have had grave consequences if I hadn’t noticed. I will return the medication and speak with the manager tomorrow.

  Booked to go for a flu jab today. You can imagine my thoughts when I arrived to find the store is closed today. Great job allowing your online booking system to schedule an appointment when you're not even open!

  Although I haven't had cause to visit this pharmacy for quite some time I well remember the appalling service. I'm often totally ignored, left standing, waiting to be acknowledged. Oh yes, they do know I'm there because I can see their sidelong glances. Most of the staff seem to feel they're doing you a favour just by being there. They huff and puff almost audibly, and I can almost hear them say its all too much trouble. On occasion my prescription has been lost and so I have to request another. Other times the meds aren't in stock which involves a return trip. We've had our flu jabs there and lived to regret it. As well as our pre-arranged appointment being "lost", the pharmacist on duty was quite vicious when she stuck the needle in my arm! No excuse for this sort of behaviour. I have spoken to the store manager about these problems but nothing changes. Except for one thing.... I've moved and no longer have to see their bored, can't be bothered faces!
