  Amazing experience at Tesco Pharmacy in Crewe. The pharmacy was extremely tidy, well-organised and welcoming. The main pharmacist, Zain, was particularly helpful he was very friendly, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. He really put my mind at ease and made the whole experience so much easier. I’d also like to mention Olivia, who was working alongside the pharmacist and was also absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful\. Excellent customer service and a credit to the pharmacy. I would definitely recommend!

  I was phoned last night by my GP who told me that I have hypokalemia and needed medication urgently. He said that if I developed other symptoms I should go to A&E straight away. This morning I phoned Tesco Pharmacy Twelve times, and no one picked up. When I travelled to the pharmacy I was told by the pharmacist Zain, that my script was there but I could not have it because he was working alone. He said that I would have to wait for over an hour or go elsewhere. As a diabetic, I get lots of repeat prescriptions sent through to Tesco, but I am seriously thinking of going elsewhere. Very disappointed.

  I get adult acne & had a persistent spot on my face that had been there for 8 weeks. I’d seen an over the counter cream called Acnecide. Pharmacist was dismissive & wouldn’t sell it to me. Said I had to see my GP for cream. I questioned him because it seemed a waste of time for a single spot when an over the counter cream could do the job. He refused. On the way home I felt like I’d been fobbed off so called to Eagle Bridge pharmacy. The pharmacist was excellent, had a look & told me it was nothing to worry about. He said it was acne & sold me Acnecide, said it should clear up in a few days time. And guess what, it’s healed up already after 2 days use!

  Lady on the front desk was very friendly, but the male Asian pharmacist who saw me seemed like he couldn’t care less. Disappointing, I’ll go back to Boots.
