  Henna the pharmacist, is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. Multiple times she asked for my name, then based on my dress down appearance refused to dispense my medication Quote from her - "It a controlled drug and I am uncomfortable to dispense this" How is Henna, the pharmacist working at Tesco pharmacy going to tell me she is uncomfortable....... Not realising the medication I have been on for over 12yrs has nothing to do with her comfort!! She was rude, boring and honestly the first person I have ever wrote a review about, because she horrendous!! If you ring 111 NHS AVOID THIS AT ALL COST!! There are many nicer ones around.

  The GP referred me to this pharmacy for consultation. The pharmacy said "I am not a child" and refused to see me. Please avoid this disgraceful place.

  As previously mentioned the Altrincham Pharmacy frequently don’t answer the call or terminate the call without answering. When they do answer their manner can be quite rude and abrupt. I have now stopped using them altogether as when I put in a repeat prescription for my mother, who has many medications, they do not let me know if there are any issues. This results in a week later having to call and find out there is some issue with one or more of the medications. They never let me know if there is a problem, which leaves me rushing around trying to get last minute medications as my mother has run out. Totally unhelpful and I will not be using them anymore.
