- DSDan SurnameMay 8, 20261.0Henna the pharmacist, is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. Multiple times she asked for my name, then based on my dress down appearance refused to dispense my medication Quote from her - "It a controlled drug and I am uncomfortable to dispense this" How is Henna, the pharmacist working at Tesco pharmacy going to tell me she is uncomfortable....... Not realising the medication I have been on for over 12yrs has nothing to do with her comfort!! She was rude, boring and honestly the first person I have ever wrote a review about, because she horrendous!! If you ring 111 NHS AVOID THIS AT ALL COST!! There are many nicer ones around.

I went to collect an urgent repeat prescription for my child (ordered through 111). The pharmacist called Mustafa Al-Liabi not just wasn’t helping at all! Moreover he had found funny that I’m temporary on UC and can’t afford to buy a regular prescription for my child through the counter as a single mother. He laughed and asked me 3 times: “I can not understand why you can’t pay for this on your own?” He was trying to push me to pay for it. Which I am happy to do, but unfortunately I can’t afford it at the moment. Mustafa Al-Liabi was the most rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, unkind and mentally abusive person! I have heard about the same awful experience with them from a lot of my acquaintances in here, but wasn’t ready for such ridiculous and unacceptable behaviour! Such person should not serve customers and should not work in NHS system in general! I would not recommend this Tesco pharmacy to anyone! Such an ashamed person for the whole NHS system!
