- TSTerry SnapeMar 22, 20251.0Very unprofessional customer service. Went to collect two pairs glasses, but one was misplaced. 5 staff looking for them even asked if we had collected them already. Member of staff had sent them for recycling. And he told us we had one pair so what's the problem. I'm going to have to return once again when a second pair is ordered. poor service from boots
