- ICIT ContractorJun 13, 20262.0Awful experience. My appointment was delayed yet the sales girls were sniffy about me not being able to stay after to choose glasses. While I was waiting I saw the sales girls on the phones. One was making uncontrolled childish giggling to the accent of a Spanish colleague who was speaking with a customer which was unprofessional. My two points are for the lovely optician. I got a phone call the next day saying that I had not paid for my appointment. I had paid. The girl who called me said she was good to call me when I told her she needed to get facts like that clear before demanding customers to pay again. Very unprofessional branch which needs senior area management to take significant and urgent action.

They introduced the set up to me, and performed several special tests. Then I met Michelle, the optician. She was very professional, pleasant, and helpful. She did all the tests very thoroughly, and explained all the options to me. The assistants ( not sure of their official title) took further measurements, and helped me choose frames from their v extensive collections. The pricing options were explained, all very reasonable I thought. Overall, a very positive and enjoyable experience.
