  I was greeted by Emma very polite and courteous young lady ... She tested my ears very professionally and advised me of the results and possible differences between NHS hearing aid I have and the ones supplied by your company ....really made made me feel easy and comfortable.........I may get mine on instalments which she explained

  The difference between Amplifon and other private services offering upgraded hearing aid options than those available on NHS prescription is miles apart. I called for some information based on an experience my nanna had with a popular opticians who offer audiologist appointments where they were selling what was sold as an upgrade, but actually wasn't any different to the model she already had. We saw Emma at Wilmslow who tried various hearing aids with my nanna until she could insert them herself without support (a challenge she'd had due to dexterity with the moulded NHS over the ear aids). Emma conducted a hearing test and took a moulded impression for an in ear model without the over the ear piece and tube which my nanna was able to use independently. There was a 2 week wait for the new hearing aids, and a trial was offered but my nanna was keen to just get them sorted to improve her quality of life. The time taken to explain everything about my nanna's loss, and how she can further improve the way she uses her hearing aids was valuable. She's not been supported in this way with her individual challenges she has with traditional hearing aids and I'm excited to see how her life is improved with her "new" hearing. Thank you Emma!

  As a customer of Claritas, for Hearing aids, who have gone into Administration, I was transferred to Amplifon of Wilmslow near Manchester. Fortunately, the change has been highly satisfactory. As an 81 year old musician, complete with the problems of geriatric deterioration, I have been delighted with the result. Mr Lee Thompson quickly and efficiently adjusted my hearing aids so that I am able to hear as clearly as in my youth - so much so that I can no longer hear my longstanding Tinnitus! Bravo!

  I just want to say a massive massive thanks to Lee Thompson at Amplifon Wilmslow, he made that daunting prospect of getting hearing aids so much easier. I had a bit of an ego trip in choosing to wear 'aid's after a bad experience wearing the NHS ones over 5 years ago but Lee assured me that these will be life changing and that I will be actually 'proud' to wear these aids and he was more than correct. Super professional from the off and what a gentleman to boot as well, down to his superior knowledge of 'aids' and most importantly his ability to put you at ease and make the whole experience a pleasure. I can't thank you enough lee for making my life so much better. Thanks once again Damian
