  After more than 15 years as a customer of Specsavers, I decided it was time to look elsewhere due to increasingly aggressive sales approaches and a lack of flexibility in the options available to customers. I recently attended my first appointment at Vision Express in Macclesfield and was extremely impressed by the experience. The staff were welcoming, professional, understanding, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution for my needs. In particular, Kate and Georgina deserve special recognition. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and guide me through the available options without any pressure. Their knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. They are a real credit to both the branch and the company. The level of care and attention I received from Vision Express was exceptional, and the range of options available far exceeded my expectations. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Vision Express in Macclesfield to anyone looking for professional, customer-focused eye care and eyewear services.

  I visited the Macclesfield store on 23/9/26 for an eye test and new glasses, and can honestly say this was the best experience I have had at an Opticians. The friendliness and professionalism of both Kate and Georgina gave me the confidence that this time the prescription I received would be correct for the problems I had been experiencing. I wasn't rushed at any point and felt able to ask as many questions as I needed. Kate was very helpful and compassionate with her advice. Georgina knew exactly which style of glasses would suit me best and with her help I have chosen two pairs. Thank you so very much to you both for making my time at Vision Express a lovely experience.

  A massive thank you to Kate + Zainab who helped me replace the broken nose pads of my glasses when I was struggling to find somewhere to get them fixed. They did the fix so quickly and were absolutely lovely about it. When it comes time to replace my glasses I will absolutely be back.
