  Vision express is my go to optician and the people there are fabulous. I received a follow up call to understand further an issue with my eye test. Store Manager and all the Staff are keen to maintain customer relationships and high standard of service.

  We have used Vision Express Crewe now for over 10 years and have to write a review to stress what an excellent team they have and thank then for their on going care, support and professionalism. Today we have both attended appointments - one for a routine appointment and the other as an emergency as requested by our local Emergency Eye Clinic at Royal Stoke. (Yes we travel from our home in Stoke on Trent to Crewe Vision Express as they really are that good!) The service given today was exceptional, with both optometrists being an exemplar in their field. Thank you to Matthew and Neel. Staff in the store were friendly and reassuring and the store Manager Joanne as attentive and thoughtful as ever. Whatever they do at Crewe needs bottling and we hope that Vision Express realise just what a gem of a store they have here. Thank you again.

  went in to buy some Ray-Ban sunglasses. I chose a pair i liked from those on display. The assistant then went to box them up. I replied that i’d prefer a new pair, rather than the display ones. She went on her computer, “oh we have some upstairs” then proceeded to take the display ones and box upstairs with her. I was handed the box on her return. “So they are brand new” i enquired “oh yes” she replied with a nervous smile. “then where are the displays ones now? and why did you take them with you”. No logical answer was given. There were several options available, but please don’t take me for a fool. Next time l’ll go to Specsavers
