Don’t waste your time. Had countless problems with them. They’ve given me the wrong prescription leaflets for incorrect medicines that don’t match mine, fail to inform me when they can’t get hold of my medication, don’t release prescriptions properly so when I go elsewhere to find something they can’t dispense it as Tesco haven’t released it when they told me they have. Don’t bother trying to get hold of them over the phone to correct this you’ll have to drive back and queue all over again. Oh and there’s always an incredibly long queue with only one staff member working.

I'd say about half of my visits go like this: - Queue for 20-30 minutes to speak to someone - They then tell you they haven't yet looked at your prescription (after having it for a week), and need to check they have everything. - They hand you a raffle ticket for a second queue - this time for them to prepare the prescription - Another 20-30 minutes later, they call your number and inform you that your medication is out of stock, and ask you to come back another day. - When you visit a second time, even if by then they've received your medication, they haven't gotten round to preparing it. Therefore you're in for another 40-60 minutes of waiting. They're also practically unreachable by phone, even at supposedly quiet times.

Staff are polite but the qeueus are way too long, even at quiet times it takes around 30 minutes to be seen.
