I was served by Miriam at the Pharmacy today and it was an exceptional interaction. Miriam was so incredibly attentive, thoughtful and took the time to have my medicine sent to the correct branch of Tesco’s. Usually, in other stores/pharmacies, customer requests are not given the same level of attention. I had expected the same from this pharmacy too but was incredibly impressed by Miriam’s dedication and attention to detail. Miriam should be given an accolade for her superior skills and recognised at having made a usually mundane experience so worthwhile. The Pharmacist Wahid clearly leads his team incredibly well. Absolute star team.

there’s a black women there who i haven’t seen before she is so rude and unhelpful. i went on friday to pick up my prescription and she said it will arrive on Saturday after i was waiting there for over 15 minutes and no one attended to me despite seeing me in the mirror. and then when i came on saturday she told me to come on monday. this is so unprofessional as i am not free to come for a single prescription every day. if you go here do not talk to her!
