  My son and I have regular prescriptions and the staff are always brilliant. I could use closer pharmacies but would rather go a but further for the service. Genuinely nice kind people

  There is an older woman who is a nightmare on the phone, don’t know if it’s the pharmacist (don’t think so) or the assistant. Like a angry/told you so/I know best manner and I am a delight on the phone so this was a shock to me. Seriously, I was just asking for an item in stock and she was telling me that I spelt it wrong over the phone (spelled it out phonetically to her), that she didn’t think that it was a real drug and just generally wasn’t listening to me. I found it quite hilarious really but annoying too. Oh well, doubt she will change, but boy I can’t stand uppety people on the phone. Once again, I am a delight on the phone so I was not causing it.
