  It doesn't make sense having to wait for 30 minutes to collect a prescriptions they have there and should have been prepped as other pharmacies do (where you just show up and collect). Please fix this, meds should be ready for collection after they are ordered and they arrive to the pharmacy.

  Customer service is terrible, sms service doesn't work and there is an elderly woman who I'm convinced hates people up front.

  Worse pharmacy in St Neots, staff are rude and uneducated about the medications that they are giving out. Do not use!!

  Really wanted to leave zero stars but cant.Useless at best.Slow as hell told to come back in 15 mins 3 times on one occasion to pick up a regular prescription.Never answer the phone if you want to check if your medication is there very rude.Ended up changing pharmacy to one further away and no issues now.Tesco need to fire all the pharmacy staff and start again

  No one, literally no one answers the phone. Every week or so, I call for several days, several times per day and no one answers. They need more staff!! Always a queue there, of course they cannot man the phones too
