  Me and my partner signed up in june 4 months before opening and Grace was fantastic and now the club is open its fantastic place and the staff are so friendly and welcoming and a mention to Grace for he great customer service skills and a mention to Niall for helping us with membership issues all were great.

  What a great place!!! I've been down a couple of times and have only scratched the surface with the activites available. Everyone goes out of their way to help you and nothing ever seems too much. The classes are great! The pool and spa facilities are amazing! The food was healthy, tasty and there is so much to choose from!

  Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, very friendly & polite and professional when needed and you can tell that the whole team genuinely cares about the club and the members experience. The equipment in the club itself is absolutely top tier and the spa garden is unbelievable. An excellent job by David Lloyd & top training by the general manager Matt! Only problem is I can’t give 6 stars!

  Very disappointing experience with the membership team at David Lloyd St Neots. We visited genuinely interested in joining, but the follow-up communication was abrupt, dismissive and unnecessarily pressuring. When we said we wanted some time to consider our decision, we were told we would simply be removed from their list. Not the level of professionalism or customer service I would expect from a premium club.

  Had my virtual tour with James who was fantastic, additionally I had a look around today and everything looks incredible. I can’t comment on everything there’s a lot to unpack, nor what it’ll be like once opened, but some key things that stuck out to me on first impressions. Gym - Is a make or break for me, equipment is Precor, all the machines and cables feel really high quality and they strike a really nice balance between cardio and strength with everything being open plan. Spa - Spa is really well laid out, the rooms, showers and cold plunge is within close proximity which leads out to the heated beds & hrydo pool. Spa is gated with the barriers which is peace of mind that you can’t just walk in. Pool - Inside 20m Outside 25m. Look really nice, look like they have setup slow, medium & fast lanes with a spare bigger lane. Changing rooms are spacious with a nice amount of lockers and showers. Sports - Padel court, football court, tennis court, tennis dome, inside 2 court hall. I mean they definitely nailed the spaces for Tennis paddle & pickle ball. Staff - Super friendly, and great to talk to. If you weren’t sure of anything or needed help, they’d be happy to assist. The outside area, seating and everything else I haven’t mentioned just looks great. Obviously i’d like to comment more when a few weeks in, but well worth it, and first impressions are exceeded.
